You’ll find us at Oran Park Podium, on the outside of the centre across from the new Atura Hotel (currently under construction). Head to the end of Podium Way, turn left at the Australia Post and you’ll find us between The Cheesecake Shop and Savvy Savers.

Yes, convenient parking is right outside our store. Alternatively, if you park underground and locate the entrance near P4, as you exit the lift or escalator and turn right, then right again you’ll  find us adjacent to the parking lot.

No need to bring your own, we’ve got you. Detergent and softener are included FREE in every wash. We use high quality, eco-friendly products imported from Europe with a fresh gentle scent, that’s kind to the skin so you can skip the heavy bottles and enjoy a more convenient laundry day. For our furry friends, our dedicated pet machine uses a specialty detergent designed to tackle odours but stay gentle on fabric. P.S. Adding extra detergent might seem like a good idea, but it can cause excessive foam, poor rinsing, and even machine issues. Any mess or damage caused may be your responsibility, so let our mix do the magic.

First things first – check the care label (yes, the one we all ignore). As a general rule: separate whites and darks, use the standard cycle, and choose cold or warm water. Bulky items like doonas or towels? Go for the heavy-duty setting, that’s what the big spin is for.

Check those labels, if it says “do not tumble dry”, believe it. Avoid drying waterproof mattress protectors, oily or chemical-stained clothes, delicates, and anything made from rubber, plastic, foam, acrylic, or flammable fabrics. For most loads, warm is your sweet spot. Hot is fine for towels and blankets if the label gives the green light. When in doubt? Play it safe. Better to keep your clothes looking fab than risk a laundry meltdown.

Not long at all, just enough time for coffee or a scroll. 

Washing: our machines complete a cycle in just 27-29 minutes.

Drying: We recommend a minimum of 30 minutes for regular loads and around 45 minutes for towels and heavier fabrics.

Hot – 75 degrees

Please allow a 5-minute grace period after the cycle ends. If laundry’s still there, especially in the size machine you need you’re welcome to gently move it to a Suds tub. We ask everyone to collect their items promptly and respect shared space. P.S. Items left unattended are at your own risk. Staff aren’t responsible for anything removed or misplaced. Let’s keep the flow friendly and fair.

Our machines are cleaned and sanitized daily, to keep everything fresh and hygienic. We also make sure the surroundings, like benches, seating, and floors are cleaned daily, so the whole space feels just as fresh as your laundry. Grubby washers not our vibe

We’ve got machines for all kinds of loads, from everyday wear to bulky bits. Our large machines can handle blankets, doonas, mattress protectors and underlays, curtains, and more. Got furry friends? Our dedicated machines, The Paw Wash and The Paw Dry are built for pet linen and bedding – tough on smells but gentle on fabric. If it fits, it spins, but please don’t overload the machines. Make sure items are machine-washable and always check your labels and pockets. No shoes.

Yes absolutely. Our larger machines are built to handle heavy and bulky items with ease. Just check the care label first to make sure they’re machine-safe, and you’re good to go. Our spacious dryers will have them fluffed up in no time.

We’re actually big fans of cash too, but being mostly unattended meant we had no choice but to go cashless for your convenience and our security. All machines are tap-and-pay: simply scan the QR code on each machine or use the kiosk on the back wall. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

If you’re using our pick-up & delivery service or catch us on-site, we’re happy to accept cash, just let us know ahead of time.

Absolutely! We offer full wash-dry-fold services to make life that little bit easier. Head to our Services page to meet The Maid (our locker drop-off option) and The Butler (our pick-up & delivery service). Whether you drop it off or we come to you, we’ll wash, dry, and fold it all, so you don’t have to lift a finger (except maybe to put it away 😄).
